With 19 luxury cabins — ranging from cozy 20 m² deluxe rooms to spacious 45 m² suites - each cabin is thoughtfully designed to deliver privacy and comfort, many with private balconies or ocean-view windows.

Located on the main deck, Hera Classic Boutique’s restaurant and bar offer a warm and intimate space where guests can enjoy Vietnamese hospitality at its finest. Inspired by boutique elegance, the dining area blends traditional wooden accents with modern touches, creating a cozy yet refined atmosphere overlooking the bay.

Our culinary team presents a harmonious fusion of Vietnamese and Western cuisine, featuring fresh local ingredients and signature regional flavors. Every meal is thoughtfully crafted to showcase both cultural authenticity and contemporary creativity.

SPA & SAUNA
Hera’s onboard spa is designed as a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind and reconnect with their senses. With a warm boutique ambiance and gentle lighting, the spa offers a calming escape after a day of sightseeing.

Our services include traditional Vietnamese massage, herbal foot-bath therapy, and relaxing body treatments, all tailored to soothe fatigue and promote deep relaxation. Skilled therapists use natural, skin-friendly products to ensure a rejuvenating and refreshing experience.

PRICE INCLUDES
• Overnight stay on a 5-star boutique cruise in well-appointed cabins and suites, fully equipped with air-conditioning, private bathroom, and premium amenities.
• Welcome drink and cold towel
• Tea, coffee, bottled mineral water and amenities according to room standards.
• Full-board meals per itinerary: 
01 lunch, 01 luxury dinner, 01 breakfast, and 01 brunch buffet (2D1N)
02 lunch, 02 luxury dinner, 02 breakfast, and 01 brunch buffet (3D2N)
• Foot bath basin in the room and free herbal bags
• “Footsteps of Heritage”: Fashion shows traditional costumes
• Fruit in all rooms and basic in-room amenities, herbal foot-bath setup offered in selected cabins.
• Activities included: kayaking or bamboo-boat ride in Luon Cave area, sightseeing excursions such as Surprise Cave, Titop Island, or Lan Ha Bay (depending on itinerary).

THE SCHEDULE ACTIVITIES 
The schedule can be changed without prior notice depending on the reason of force majeure, weather conditions or the policy of the management of Lan Ha Bay

TRANSPORTATION: 
For those who book transportation from/ to Hanoi, this service is excluded from the cruise price with various options from shuttle bus to private car. 
Departing from Hanoi: The bus will pick you up at approximately 8:00 - 8:30  from your hotel within the Hanoi Old Quarter or in the cruise office. Then transport to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City.  It will take about 2.5 hours on the highway. 
Departing from Tuan Chau Port: If you are making your way, it is necessary to arrive at Tuan Chau Port before 11:30 - 12:00. 
Transfer Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi options: 
- Shuttle bus shared limousine 10 or 16 seated: $34/person 2 ways
- Shuttle bus shared 29 seated: $26/person 2 ways
- Private car 4 seated: $150/car/ 2 way
- Private car 7 seated: $165/car/2 ways
- Private mini van 16 seated: $180/minivan/2 ways 
 

IMPORTANT NOTES
Cruise itinerary might be changed due to weather and other conditions without prior notice.
Swimming or kayaking activity may not be possible due to bad weather. Unused services are not subjected to a refund.
Meals on board are served with seafood, Vietnamese and international style. Any special request for food preference, allergies or dietary requirements should be informed at least 2 days before the departure date.
Advanced registration with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expired date is required for all passengers.
Wifi is available in the restaurant/bar area only, internet connectivity is limited due to geography of Ha Long bay
